The 2014 Golden Globes red carpet filled with extremes on Sunday night– some sported severly slicked-back ‘dos, while other starlets’ hair that looked the rushed out of bed without even running a brush through it. Many fashionistas sported overly bland and frumpy ensembles, while others were just too flashy and out there. But some stars had the right idea. These are the best and worst looks from last night’s Golden Globes.

The Worst

1. Lena Dunham showed up on the red carpet in this mustard-colored Zac Posen gown. A lot of fashion critics praised the look, but it just doesn’t do her justice. Her hair, like many stars this year, wasn’t styled at all, and the dress is just not a good look. While the color works for her, the cut isn’t extremely flattering.
